One Nine Eight Five presents their latest collection
Founded in September 2016, One Nine Eight Five is a British homeware brand specialising in print and interior textiles. The brand offers collections inspired by film, exhibitions and high-end fashion.
All One Nine Eight Five products are designed and made in Britain, celebrating the talent and quality of home-grown craftsmen, supporting British manufacturing, using sustainable processes and recycled fabrics wherever possible.
The brand will be presenting their latest collection of cushions, throws and small accessories at this year’s designjunction on the Canopy Stand. The mood and colours of the collection are inspired by twenties interiors and Wes Anderson sets. At the heart of the collection is a focus on fabric and texture, which is reflected in the rich colour palette, in combination with plush printed velvets and tassels. Female line drawing has been introduced on a cushion, throw and print with 15% of all profits from the Woman collection going to UK’s eating disorder charity Beat.
Founder, Eleanor Nadimi, received a Masters in printed textile design at the Royal College of Art in 2010. Her passion for art, and background working in fashion and interior design, led her to creating a brand that uses an ethical approach to bring something fresh and vibrant to the interior design world.
